JINBAO’s "Advertising Grade" features a specially calibrated density to ensure clean CNC cutting and perfect ink adhesion while remaining light enough for easy transport.

Q: Can I use this board outdoors?
A: Yes, for short to medium-term campaigns (6-12 months). For permanent outdoor signage (3+ years), we recommend applying a UV-protective lacquer or choosing our "Hard PVC" sheet.
Q: Is 15mm thick enough for a standing sign?
A: Yes. 15mm is the industry standard for freestanding cutouts (standees). For shelving or displays holding heavy products, we recommend 18mm or increasing the density to 0.6 g/cm³.
Q: Does it have a "skin" or is it matte?
A: Our Advertising Grade usually has a Matte Free Foam surface to prevent glare under store lighting. If you need a hard, glossy surface for structural furniture, ask for our "Celuka" grade.
Q: Can you cut to size?
A: Yes, we offer CNC cutting services. However, for wholesale printing clients, we recommend buying full sheets (4x8' or 2x3m) to maximize your printer bed utilization.

Why do acrylic sheets in the same market have such different prices? This side-by-side fire test demonstrates how material quality can affect burning behavior.We first tested two low-priced acrylic sheet samples supplied by our customers and purchased from their local market. During the test, the samples produced heavy black smoke and a strong, unpleasant odor.
