What Carlos Was Really Worried About

Before we get into the product specifications, it is worth understanding what Carlos's real concerns were — because they shaped every decision we made on this order.

In our early conversations, Carlos was direct about the problems he had experienced with previous Chinese suppliers:

We also addressed the root cause of flatness failure that Carlos had experienced with previous suppliers: improper cooling during production.
