For B2B buyers who find standard foam boards too soft or fragile, Jinan Jinbao Plastic Co., Ltd. offers our High Density Celuka PVC Foam Board.
While standard "Forex" is often low density (0.4 g/cm³), JINBAO manufactures a premium High Density Grade (0.55 - 0.8 g/cm³) using the Celuka extrusion process. This creates a sheet with a solid, hard outer skin that mimics the touch and rigidity of wood while remaining 50% lighter than solid plastic. It is the ultimate hybrid material: light enough for hanging signs, yet hard enough for furniture construction.
Hard "Skinned" Surface: The Celuka cooling process forms a tough, glossy/satin outer layer that resists scratches, dents, and fingernail marks.
Superior Screw Holding: Unlike soft foam, our high-density core holds screws and staples securely, making it structurally viable for cabinet assembly.
Perfect for Lamination: The smooth, hard surface provides an ideal substrate for laminating HPL, PVC film, or aluminum skins without "telegraphing" textures.
Waterproof & Rot Proof: A permanent solution for wet areas—used extensively in bathroom vanities and marine interiors where wood fails.
Crisp CNC Edges: High density means no "fuzzy" edges when routing; cuts are clean, sharp, and require minimal sanding.
Fire Retardant: Self-extinguishing (UL94 V-0) and non-toxic (Lead-free), safe for interior architectural use.

Furniture Making: Carcasses for kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and closet organizers (replaces MDF/Plywood).
Advertising: Heavy-duty outdoor signs, real estate boards, and cut-out letters that withstand wind load.
Construction: Decorative wall paneling, ceiling tiles, and concrete shuttering (reusable).
Transportation: Lightweight interior fit-outs for ambulances, RVs, and food trucks.
True Density Guarantee: Many suppliers claim "High Density" but deliver soft boards. JINBAO guarantees the density you order (e.g., if you order 0.6, you get 0.6) for consistent structural performance.
Surface Quality: We use 100% virgin Mitsubishi resin to ensure a bright "Snow White" color that doesn't yellow, providing a premium base for your printing or painting.
Custom Fabrication: We can cut, drill, and even pre-laminate these boards with woodgrain PVC films in our factory, delivering ready-to-assemble components to your warehouse.

Our Team
Q: Why choose High Density over Standard Density?
A: Standard density (0.4) is fine for temporary signs. High Density (0.6+) is required if you need to drive screws into it, use it for furniture, or want a surface that won't dent easily.
Q: Is it heavy?
A: It is heavier than soft foam but still 50% lighter than solid PVC or MDF. A 1220x2440x18mm sheet at 0.6 density weighs approx 32kg, manageable for one person.
Q: Can I paint it?
A: Yes! The hard Celuka surface takes PVC-compatible paints (acrylic/urethane) beautifully, often without primer. It finishes like high-end lacquered wood.
Q: How do I distinguish Celuka from Free Foam?
A: Scratch it with your fingernail. Free Foam will dent; Celuka (Hard Surface) will not. JINBAO Celuka boards have a visibly smoother, harder "skin."
