2.with pallet Bulk cargo packing: 2 tons per pallet, use wooden pallets and iron pallets on bottom, with packaging film packages all around ensure transportation security.
3.Full container load packing: 20-23 tons(about 3000pcs) of a 20 foot container with 10 -12pallets .
Q: What is the difference between "Bronze" and "Clear" polycarbonate?
A: Bronze acts like sunglasses for your building. It allows visibility but blocks approximately 50% of light and significantly reduces heat transfer, making it cooler than clear sheets in direct sun.
Q: I see "Perspex" in the title; is this Acrylic or Polycarbonate?
A: This specific product page features Polycarbonate. We also manufacture Colored Cast Acrylic (Perspex), but for roofing and impact safety, we strongly recommend Polycarbonate.
Q: Does Opal polycarbonate block all light?
A: No, Opal is "translucent," meaning it glows with light (approx. 30-40% transmission) but you cannot see through it. It provides excellent privacy and soft light diffusion.
Q: Can these sheets be cold bent?
A: Yes! Unlike acrylic which must be heat-formed, JINBAO colored polycarbonate can be cold-bent into arches on site. Minimum radius is 175x the sheet thickness.

Why do acrylic sheets in the same market have such different prices? This side-by-side fire test demonstrates how material quality can affect burning behavior.We first tested two low-priced acrylic sheet samples supplied by our customers and purchased from their local market. During the test, the samples produced heavy black smoke and a strong, unpleasant odor.
