When our Iraqi partner first contacted us, they were direct about their frustration: they had been buying acrylic sheets through regional intermediaries for years — paying inflated prices, receiving inconsistent quality, and getting zero technical support when their fabricator clients ran into problems on the workshop floor.
What they wanted was simple in concept but demanding in execution: a direct factory relationship with a manufacturer who could supply both transparent and colored acrylic sheets in the universal 1220×2440mm format, deliver consistent quality batch after batch, and actually understand the conditions their products would face in Iraq.
We told them: that is exactly what we do. Then we proved it.

The first conversation we had with our Iraqi partner was not about price. It was about which type of acrylic sheet their market actually needs.
Iraq's fabricators use acrylic sheets for demanding applications: outdoor LED lightbox signage baking under 50°C summer sun, retail display cases in air-conditioned malls, architectural panels in high-end hotel fit-outs. For these applications, cast acrylic is the only right answer — and we explained exactly why:
Property |
Cast Acrylic (Our Product) |
Extruded Acrylic |
Thickness tolerance |
± 0.2mm |
± 0.4mm or worse |
Surface optical clarity |
Haze < 1% |
Haze 1–3% |

Our Iraqi partner shared this comparison directly with their fabricator clients. The response was immediate: fabricators who had previously mixed cast and extruded sheets in their workshops switched entirely to cast. Product knowledge became a competitive advantage for our distributor.
Supplying colored acrylic to a distributor is not simply a matter of picking shades from a catalogue. We worked with our Iraqi partner to design their color inventory strategically — matching the actual demand patterns of Iraq's signage, retail, and interior design sectors.
Together, we finalized the following color allocation for this container:
Color |

"Most suppliers just send us a color chart and ask us to pick. Jinbao actually asked us what our customers build — and then helped us decide how much of each color to stock. That kind of guidance is rare."— Iraqi Distribution Partner, Baghdad
Color consistency is the single most common complaint we hear from distributors who have switched to us from other suppliers. A fabricator building signage for a national retail chain cannot afford color variation between sheet batches — the brand manager will reject the installation on sight.
Our color quality control protocol for every colored acrylic shipment: $CITE_2
QC Step |
Our Standard |
Master sample approval |
Client approves physical color sample before production begins |
Batch color matching |
ΔE ≤ 1.0 vs. approved master sample — measured with spectrophotometer |
Inter-sheet consistency |
ΔE ≤ 0.8 within the same pallet |
UV color stability |
ΔE ≤ 1.5 after 3,000 hours QUV accelerated weathering |
Surface gloss uniformity |
±5 GU across the full sheet surface |
100% visual inspection |
Every sheet inspected — zero streaks, inclusions, or surface defects accepted |
Color QC report |
Issued per color per batch; included in shipping documentation |
For this Iraq shipment, we issued individual color batch QC reports for all 9 colored variants — giving our partner documented proof of consistency that they could share with their most demanding fabricator clients.
Every sheet we produce carries a dual-sided PE protective film — not a single-sided film as many lower-cost suppliers use. This matters enormously for a distributor: sheets pass through our warehouse, a freight forwarder's facility, a container, a port terminal, and finally the distributor's warehouse before a fabricator ever touches them. Both surfaces need protection at every stage.
Our surface finish specification:
Surface roughness: Ra ≤ 0.8μm — smoother than most European benchmark standards (Ra ≤ 1.0μm)
Zero visible scratches, fish-eyes, bubbles, or inclusions on 100% inspection
High-gloss finish on both sides as standard
Dimension |
Our Tolerance |
Industry Standard |
Thickness |
± 0.2mm |
± 0.3mm |
Length / Width |
-0 / +3.0mm |
-0 / +5.0mm |
Flatness (bowing) |
≤ 0.5% of sheet length |
≤ 0.8% |
Tighter tolerances mean less waste for fabricators — fewer sheets rejected due to thickness variation in precision CNC or laser cutting applications. For our Iraqi partner's fabricator clients, this translates directly into lower material cost per finished sign.

This was the question our Iraqi partner asked us most directly: "Will your acrylic sheets survive Baghdad's summers?"
It is the right question. Baghdad regularly records summer temperatures above 50°C. UV radiation levels across Iraq are among the highest in the world. Outdoor signage that cannot withstand these conditions will yellow, warp, and degrade within months — destroying the fabricator's reputation and the distributor's relationship with their client.
We did not just answer this question with words. We answered it with data. $CITE_3
Iraq Climate Challenge |
Our Validated Performance |
Summer heat > 50°C |
Vicat softening point 105–112°C; HDT 90–105°C — structural integrity maintained |
Extreme UV radiation |
QUV accelerated weathering ≥ 5,000 hours — no yellowing, no surface degradation |
30–40°C daily thermal cycling |
Thermal expansion coefficient 7×10⁻⁵ K⁻⊃1; — documented in TDK with expansion gap guidance |
Desert dust & sand abrasion |
Ra ≤ 0.8μm hard surface; PE film maintained until installation |
Coastal salt air (Basra/Umm Qasr) |
Salt spray resistance passed ASTM B117 |
We provided our Iraqi partner with the full QUV test report — not just a specification claim on a datasheet, but the actual accelerated weathering test results they could show to their fabricator clients and end-users. In Iraq's market, this kind of technical transparency builds trust that price alone never can.
We treat packaging as part of the product — not an afterthought. For this shipment, every detail of our packaging was designed around one goal: every sheet arrives at our Iraqi partner's warehouse in the same condition it left our factory.
Our packaging specification for this order:
Packaging Element |
Specification |
Sheet protection |
Dual-sided PE protective film (both surfaces) |
Inter-sheet separation |
Foam interleaving between every sheet |
Pallet base |
Hardwood export pallet, fumigated (ISPM 15 compliant) |
Edge protection |
Corner edge protectors on all four pallet corners |
Pallet wrapping |
Full stretch film wrap + moisture-barrier top sheet |
Color coding |
Each color variant on dedicated, color-labeled pallets |
Thickness coding |
Each thickness clearly marked on pallet label |
Anti-humidity |
Silica gel desiccant packets inside each pallet wrap |
Container dunnage |
Airbag dunnage between pallet rows to prevent shifting |
The color-coded and thickness-coded pallet labeling system was specifically designed for our Iraqi partner's warehouse team — allowing them to locate, pick, and dispatch any color/thickness combination within minutes of a customer order, without unwrapping pallets or moving stock unnecessarily.
We do not ship and hope. Every container that leaves our factory has passed a 100% pre-shipment inspection — and we document every step.
Our pre-shipment QC process for this Iraq order:
Step 1 — Dimensional VerificationEvery sheet measured for thickness (±0.2mm tolerance), length, and width. Sheets outside tolerance are pulled from the shipment and replaced.
Step 2 — Surface Inspection100% visual inspection under standardized lighting conditions. Inspectors check for scratches through the PE film, fish-eyes, bubbles, inclusions, and surface contamination. Zero defects accepted.
Step 3 — Optical Measurement (Transparent Grade)Light transmittance and haze measured using calibrated spectrophotometer. Minimum transmittance ≥ 92%; maximum haze < 1%.
Step 4 — Color Measurement (Colored Grade)Each colored sheet batch measured against the approved master sample using a calibrated colorimeter. ΔE ≤ 1.0 required for acceptance.
Step 5 — Flatness CheckSheets checked for bowing and warping. Maximum flatness deviation ≤ 0.5% of sheet length.
Step 6 — Loading SupervisionOur QC team supervises the container loading process in person. Loading is filmed in full HD and the video is sent to our Iraqi partner before the vessel departs Qingdao.
Step 7 — Documentation IssueFull inspection report issued, signed, and included in the shipping documentation package.
We understand that for a distributor, documentation is not paperwork — it is a sales tool. When a fabricator asks "is this sheet UV-stable?", our partner needs to be able to hand over a document that answers that question with data, not just words.
For this Iraq shipment, we provided:

The bilingual EN/AR TDK and Fabrication Guide were produced specifically for this market. We did not translate a generic English document — we reviewed the content with our partner to ensure the terminology, units, and guidance matched the actual practices of Iraqi fabricators.
We know that our product's reputation is built not just in our factory, but in every workshop that cuts, routes, cements, and installs our sheets. A fabricator who struggles with our product — because they are using the wrong blade speed, the wrong cement, or the wrong thermoforming temperature — will blame the material, not their process.
Our bilingual EN/AR Fabrication Guide addresses this directly:
Process |
Our Guidance for Iraqi Fabricators |
Sawing |
Fine-tooth carbide blade (80+ teeth); feed rate 3,000–5,000 mm/min; keep PE film on |
CNC Routing |
Sharp single-flute upcut spiral bit; spindle speed 18,000–24,000 RPM; air cooling |
Laser Cutting (CO₂) |
60–150W CO₂ laser; produces factory-polished edges with no post-processing |
Thermoforming |
Heat to 150–180°C uniformly; do not exceed 190°C; dry sheet if stored > 6 months |
Solvent Cementing |
Use methylene chloride or commercial acrylic cement; capillary method preferred |
Drilling |
Slow speed (300–1,000 RPM); back with sacrificial board; use acrylic-specific drill bit |
Flame Polishing |
Natural gas or propane torch; produces optical-grade edge finish |
Cleaning |
Mild soap solution or diluted isopropyl alcohol; never use acetone or aromatic solvents |
Outdoor Installation |
Allow 3mm expansion gap per meter of sheet length; use slotted fixing holes |
