A: Yes, PVC foam board can be painted with PVC-compatible acrylic or urethane paints. It creates a smooth, professional finish.
Q: Can it replace plywood for concrete formwork?
A: Absolutely. Our high-density construction grade (often blue or black) can be reused 50+ times, releases easily from concrete without oil, and doesn't swell.
Q: What is the standard thickness for cabinets?
A: The global standard for cabinet carcasses is 15mm to 18mm. We stock these in 4x8ft specifically for the cabinet industry.

Why do acrylic sheets in the same market have such different prices? This side-by-side fire test demonstrates how material quality can affect burning behavior.We first tested two low-priced acrylic sheet samples supplied by our customers and purchased from their local market. During the test, the samples produced heavy black smoke and a strong, unpleasant odor.
