Briefly sharing cast acrylic sheet is a manufacturing process whereby MMA (Methyl Methacrylate monomer) is in a liquid state. It is further pumped into a mold made with two pieces of glass. Then the mold and monomer are submerged in warm water and the process of polymerization took place.

Firstly, cast acrylic sheets have a greater variance in thickness tolerance. Jinbao provides thickness starting from 1.5mm to 300mm. Which is much thicker than the extruded acrylic sheets, its thickest extent is 20mm.

Secondly, acrylic sheet obtains smooth and even surfaces, due to the mold being glass. Lastly, it can be made into numerous colors, by adding pigment in relatively small batch sizes. Jinbao provides more than 200 shades of colors, for you to select your favorite color.
