The carefully formulated mixture is then poured between precision-engineered glass plates with custom gaskets controlling thickness to exact tolerances (±0.1mm). This assembly enters our advanced thermal polymerization chambers where the liquid gradually transforms into solid acrylic through a meticulously controlled curing cycle. After complete polymerization, sheets undergo cooling in specialized chambers to ensure perfect molecular structure and exceptional dimensional stability.
