When it is hot in summer, the acrylic countertop will melt like chocolate, or in winter, it will be arched and cold, and the countertop will shrink and crack directly under the action of external force.
3. If the temperature is too high, the main component of acrylic is resin (polyoxyethylene or acrylic). , this composition will change at high temperature and will crack.
4. Acrylic will have some cracks after being carved, and these cracks can be polished after filling.
1. If it is a small crack, it can be disappeared by heating the cracked part with a heat gun or a hair dryer, but this can only cure the symptoms and not the root cause.

If it is a large scratch, it is recommended to sand the acrylic with sandpaper. If sanded, the product will be scrapped and the entire surface will be scratched.
6. Avoid using chemical cleaners. Acrylic should be scrubbed with a soft cloth. Never use any cleaners that contain particulate matter, and do not scrub with various chemical baths.
