Furniture-Grade PVC Foam Board (often called Celuka Board) is a rigid, closed-cell polymer sheet. Unlike standard advertising foam, furniture-grade boards have a harder outer skin and a higher density (0.55 - 0.70 g/cm³).
This high density is critical. It ensures the board feels solid like wood, holds screws tightly, and supports the weight of heavy granite countertops without sagging.
If you manufacture bathroom vanities or kitchen cabinets, these three problems likely cause 90% of your customer complaints.
Wood/MDF: Swells immediately upon contact with leaking pipes or high humidity. Once swollen, the laminate peels off. Game over.
Jinbao PVC: 0% Water Absorption. You can soak our board in a bathtub for 10 years, and it will remain dimensionally stable. It is the only logical choice for "wet area" furniture.
Low-Density Foam: Cheap PVC boards (0.4 density) are too soft. Screws strip out, and cabinet doors fall off.
Jinbao PVC (High Density): We recommend our 0.6+ g/cm³ density boards for furniture. Our testing shows it has screw retention power comparable to softwoods. You can use standard hinges and drawer slides without special anchors.
