Q: Can I weld these PP sheets?
A: Yes, JINBAO PP sheets are specifically designed for welding. We also supply matching PP welding rods (3mm/4mm) to ensure a strong, seamless bond for tank construction.
Q: Is this sheet UV resistant?
A: Standard White/Natural PP is not UV stable. For outdoor use, please specify Black UV-Stabilized PP to prevent degradation from sunlight.
Q: What is the difference between PP and HDPE?
A: PP is stiffer and can handle higher temperatures (up to 100°C) than HDPE. However, HDPE has slightly better impact strength at freezing temperatures. Choose PP for heat and acid resistance.
Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Yes, while our standard is 4x8ft, we can extrude custom lengths or cut sheets to your exact specifications to minimize waste.
